Our new school

Hi everyone,
We are enjoying the sandpit and mushrooms very much! We have now got some SmartBoards in our new pods and are enjoying them a lot. We also have some comfy couches. We have four reading corners, one in each pod. We are having lots of fun in all the space. Sometimes we like to play hopscotch. The hopscotch is on our hard courts as well as four square and a place to play basketball. Our new music space is very small. Our music teacher, Merle has put some pictures up in there like The Veronicas. We have tambourines to play, and are getting a new sound system and a drum kit! We painted with marbles in our new art room. It is medium in size. It's an open space across from the 3/4's. It has lots of tables. On Monday morning we went into our new gym, we had assembly. Thanks to all the parents who came and looked at our new school. In our yard we have a lizard and a gecko made of concrete. We have new drinking taps. The grade 1/2's are missing our teacher Debbie very much. She is in England. We hope she is having a great time, and not missing us too much! We are looking forward to hearing about her trip when she gets back. We are looking forward to getting back to the playground once they finish building a caterpillar around the tanbark. We are waiting for grass to grow on our oval, we can't wait to play on there! This term we are Environmental Warriors! We are looking forward to learning all about the environment.
Goodbye from the 1/2's. Please leave a comment for us to read.
